A few things that have yielded massive benefits to my sleep routine
1. Try not to eat or drink anything besides water ~3 hours before bed
2. Read a physical book before bed instead of electronic screen time
3. Blue light blockers on phone / devices If you must use electronics
4. Don’t work out before or near bedtime
5. Black out shades to block ALL light
6. As little noise as possible
7. Phone airplane mode turned on

Awesome. I like the idea of many small habits supporting a big import habit. Sleep is essential, it makes total sense to build that kind of structure around it. Nicely done
