"Your Six Things" Journals
1. Organize your space - helps with decluttering your mind
2. Listen / watch / read something that makes you happy. This can include starting your day with jazz or favorite podcast , watching cartoons or a sitcom; or reading an interesting blog Etc.
3. Open your blinds/ curtains. There is something about that natural light/ sun that improves your well-being.
4. Get an energy boost from exercising outside. Running boosts my mental acuity.
5. Drink 2 glasses of water to start your day. This helps with digestion and mental performance.
6. Get informed - read some worldly news so you can expand your perspective and stay aware of what’s happening in the world.
