This “thing” seems innocuous, insignificant even but I disagree. Aside from the obvious benefit to mouth hygiene, I’ve heard it has positive effects on heart health. I don’t know how true that is, but Google says it can help prevent heart disease. Definitely something easy to do with out sized benefits. The actual reason I have it as one of my current Sixquickthings is that I am a snacker. A lot of times I find myself snacking in between meals. Its one of my bad habits. Flossing has a way of subtly punctuating meal periods. I am much less likely to eat right after brushing my teeth, the taste is off putting and I don’t want crap in my teeth immediately after brushing. Flossing is a lot easier to do on the go, and a lot less socially awkward to do mid day. To recap, flossing takes like 1 minute, it improves your smile and your heart health and can possibly promote a less.. unhealthy diet.
